Dalwood Estate

Sarah & Scott's Dalwood Estate Wedding has been on my blog list since the minute I left their wedding, I've been so excited to show you all the amazing parts of their day.

Sarah is an amazingly talented makeup artist and Scott is a fire fighter, I knew their wedding would be amazing. Sarah is the most beautiful little Italian gal I've ever met and Scott is the sweetest man in the world. There are so many components on Sarah's day that made it amazing...

Sarah got ready at a beautiful air b&b in The Vintage called Hampton on Figtree, it was a beautiful big home with a gorgeous pool and putt putt golf course in the backyard. The rooms were stunning creating a beautiful backdrop for photos. Scott got ready nearby in a nearby cottage with his pals, also with a large room with a pool table, very groom preppy.

Their ceremony and reception was held at Dalwood Estate, it was my first wedding at Dalwood and I can't wait to go back. The ceremony was located down between the vine, it was a beautiful sunny day with slight cloud cover. The ceremony was officiated by the hilarious and kind Jeremy from That Altar Guy, his ceremonies are so funny and relaxed, you could tell Scott and Sarah were so comfortable with him, like they had been friends for years.

The show stopper of the day was Sarah's Made With Love gown with detachable sleeves. I'm a sucker for a dramatic sleeve! Her maids wore varying shades of blush and rust while carrying to single roses draped with ribbon, such a vibe!

While we roamed the property, Sarah & Scott's guests headed to the balcony area for afternoon drinks while Silent Shout played some cocktail hour tunes before the wedding party made their entrance, and what an entrance it was. The guests were asked to head inside while Jeremy (That Altar Guy) announced the arrival of the bridesmaids, then the groomsmen at which point all the guests were asked to get up and dance. 5 minutes into the afternoon dance off Sarah & Scott made their grand entrance to Rufus Interbloom accompanied by a saxaphone player that Sarah had organised as a surprise for Scott. The whole thing was incredible!

The guests were treated to a feast by Meet, the most delicious wedding dinner ever! We snuck outside for sunset photos among the vines then danced then scooted back inside for Sarah's outfit change into a two piece pant set and mini veil ready for cake cutting and the champagne tower, followed by hours of dancing and late night Churros!

How Sarah thought of all these amazing components to include is beyond me, but my god did she plan a bloody good wedding!
